Premium Stadium Hospitality Team Leader

Sodexo in Brighton and Hove is hiring a Team Leader to manage premium hospitality suites for the 2026/27 football season. The role covers matchdays and non-matchdays, with shifts in bars, food service, and guest reception in the stadium's hospitality areas.

You will lead a small team, deliver outstanding guest service, and ensure high standards of presentation and safety in a fast-paced stadium environment. Availability across the majority of fixtures (from September 2026) is essential.
