Premium Cinema General Manager Growth & Guest Experience

Trafalgar Entertainment is seeking a commercially driven General Manager for Chiswick Cinema in London. You will shape the business plan, drive EBITDA performance, and grow bar, events and memberships while delivering a premier customer experience.

You will line manage a leadership team including Programme & Marketing, FOH, and Venue Administration, reporting to the Regional Director, with strong cross department collaboration and external stakeholder engagement.
