Hotel Chocolat is seeking a Sales Advisor at our Liverpool Street area location. You don't need prior retail experience-just a passion for the brand, enthusiasm, and a customer-first mindset.

You'll welcome customers, talk through needs, demonstrate products, and upsell gift bags while ensuring health & safety and stock are well managed. You'll process transactions, handle refunds, respond to feedback, and help keep the shop and café areas looking top-notch.
