Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (Dependent on experience and qualifications)

A leading independent prep school in Berkshire are seeking a Premises Manager to join their operations team. This is a full time and permanent position from July or August 2025.

This independent school aims to provide a modern and stimulating education for every pupil and has a reputation for innovation in teaching and learning and strong pastoral care.

This opportunity will involve leading the day-to-day estates operation at the school. You will be responsible for planning, managing and implementing a comprehensive operation programme across the school. The Premises Manager will proactively manage the caretaking and cleaning team to ensure security, cleanliness, maintenance and health and safety of the school site. This role will report to the SMT to ensure compliance legislation and assist them in developing the school's teaching and sporting facilities.

ISOH qualification is desired.
