Premises Assistant

A Premises Assistant is needed in a Mixed Secondary School & Sixth Form in South East London. This position will be full time and temporary in the first instance.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out maintenance of the buildings
• Handling repairs of the facilities
• Providing general security
• Day to day cleaning
• Overseeing standard safety checks
• Working with contractors

Pay

The rates of pay for this Premises Assistant role will be between £99.75 to £150 a day, depending on the qualifications and experiences of each applicant. All daily/hourly rates quoted are inclusive of holiday pay at 12.07%.

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK
• Clear and up to date Enhanced DBS
• UK accredited Health & Safety qualifications/training
• Experience as a Premises Assistant in UK Secondary schools
