Join our Premier team and enjoy every potential to excel in your career as you grow your portfolio by introducing existing and prospective clients to all the benefits that our new Premier proposition has to offer.

As well as being the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing mass affluent clients with a net worth of £250k to £750k, you'll also have a genuine opportunity to truly grow your customer portfolio and secure new business across one of our largest 'patches' where there is a lot of untapped client potential.

You will be responsible for supporting your customer portfolio through key life events such as investing for their future, saving for a new home, planning for retirement, or protecting their family for every eventuality. You will also have the chance to work closely with the Wealth Managers undertaking proactive client contact, dealing with client banking queries and work alongside branch colleagues to grow new client opportunities.

At HSBC, we support every aspect of a customer's financial life, helping them to grow, manage and preserve their wealth and provide a professional service in a world of increasing complexity. This includes a greater range of financial products and solutions, and a better understanding of our customers' affairs. For us, Wealth Management is genuinely a relationship-based service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Deliver a consistent and tailored Relationship Management service to a portfolio of HSBC clients, providing banking services within your franchise.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador for HSBC, delivering an exceptional customer experience through identifying and fulfilling customer needs at first point of contact.
• Identifying customer needs by making full use of franchise levels to ensure quality referrals and introductions to colleagues whilst having meaningful conversations with our customers and supporting them to achieve their financial aspirations.

• Demonstrate autonomy and responsibility when managing the welfare of customers in conjunction with the Wealth Manager.
• Provide an outstanding customer experience to HSBC clients, achieving the relevant contact standards and enhancing the client-facing time for customers.
• Work seamlessly with your Wealth Manager in the overall achievement of your collective objectives in line with the customer's channel of choice and focus on developing more meaningful customer relationships whilst improving income generation.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

Previous experience in a customer facing role within financial services, particularly dealing with affluent customers.
Previous relationship building experience - cultivating trust and long-term client partnerships.
Experience of identifying wealth needs and referring to appropriate specialists.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills - ensuring clear and open communication to establish strong client relationships.
Track record of strong collaboration skills - Working effectively with internal teams to meet client needs.
Comprehensive understanding of risk management and proven experience of ensuring own/others' compliance with relevant regulatory processes.
Knowledge of financial planning and wealth products would be an advantage but not essential.

This role is branch based at either Grantham or Boston, but also covers Skegness, Wisbech and Louth where you will be required to visit regularly. Please note, due to the geographical portfolio locations of our clients within Premier, a driving licence and your own vehicle is required but expenses will be paid when incurred.
