Precision Metal Polishing Technician

TECNIQ in Witham is seeking a Brushing and Polishing Technician to join a small, essential team. The role focuses on polishing aluminium parts, inspecting surfaces for defects, and maintaining equipment to ensure consistent quality. You will work Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm, in a safety-conscious environment.

Salary is competitive, up to £17 per hour, with 40 hours weekly and options for overtime after probation. On-site parking and life insurance are provided as part of the package.
