Precision Assembly Operator - Aerospace & Defense

L3Harris is seeking an Assembly Operator for the Brighton site to build and test precision electro mechanical motors and components. You'll assemble parts per drawings, solder wires, mount components, and conduct electrical tests to ensure compliance with specifications.

You will maintain thorough test documentation, operate safely with PPE, and support training and supervision when needed. This role offers hands on manufacturing in a high tech defense environment.
