The RolesWe are currently recruiting for a range of positions within a busy precast concrete factory environment.
We are looking for experienced candidates within the following areas:
- Casters
- Moulders
- Finishers
- Steel Fixers
- Shuttering Joiners
There are also opportunities available for non-experienced candidates who are looking to train and develop within the precast concrete industry.
Shift Pattern & Hours- Shift patterns may vary depending on production requirements
- Typical shift times include:
- 06:00am - 04:00pm
- 12:00pm - 10:00pm
Overtime available at enhanced rates on weekends and bank holidays
Pay & Benefits- £13.50 - £15.00 per hour + holiday pay
- Weekly pay
- Ongoing, long-term work

- Working within a precast concrete production environment
- Preparing moulds and casting concrete products
- Finishing and quality checking products
- Steel fixing and reinforcing concrete structures
- Reading and working from drawings where required
- Operating hand and power tools safely
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Supporting general factory and yard duties as required
Any additional tickets or experience relating to precast concrete machinery or plant equipment would be highly beneficial, including:
- Overhead cranes
- Sideloaders
- Shunters
- FLT Counterbalance
- Other plant or machinery operation experience
- Previous experience within precast concrete preferred for experienced roles
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable and able to work in a physically demanding environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Immediate start available (ASAP)
