An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to join a growing and forward-thinking construction business based in West Malling.

This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, commercial awareness, and a proven background in managing the pre-construction process from initial enquiry through to project handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the full pre-construction lifecycle
• Coordinating bids, tenders, and proposals
• Working closely with estimating, commercial, and operational teams
• Liaising with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Reviewing project feasibility, risks, and value engineering opportunities
• Supporting business development and maintaining client relationships
• Ensuring programmes, costs, and technical submissions are aligned

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Pre-Construction Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of construction processes and procurement routes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Commercially aware with strong attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence preferred
