Pre-Construction Lead - Refurbishments & Planned Works

Axis CLC Group is seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to join our Planned Works & Projects team in Stratford, East London. You will lead pre-construction activities for planned refurbishment and capital works, ensuring schemes are fully developed, costed, and ready for delivery.

You will collaborate with operational, commercial and bid teams to drive robust submissions, coordinate surveys and assessments, and mitigate risks.
