Pre Commissioning Engineer

Job Title: Pre-Commissioning Engineer.
Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire.
Salary / Benefits £24k - £48k + Training + Benefits

Our client is an independent and leading provider of Water Treatment services in the South East. They are now seeking to take on a Pre-Commissioning Engineer to cover Local Authority, Commercial, Industrial, and Leisure sites. You will be carrying out various pre-commissioning duties e.g., flushing of primary / secondary systems, backflushing and power flushing systems, checking flow rates, and ensuring work is carried out in line with site specific plans and BSRIA guidelines. • Extensive experience working in the Water Treatment industry, working as a Pre-Commissioning Engineer.
• Well versed in BSRIA guidelines.
• Good IT skills.
• Able to communicate and organise workload efficiently.

• Working on a mixed portfolio of sites and carrying out flushing of primary / secondary systems and fan coil units.
• Setting TMVs.
• Flushing of manifolds underfloor heating and HRU's.
• Backflushing and power flushing of systems.
• Pre-commissioning and chemical cleans on LTHW and CHW systems.
• Working in line with BSRIA guidelines.
• Checking flow rates and velocities.
• Ensuring work is carried out in line with site specific plans.
• Working closely with clients, providing excellent support and technical advice when required.
