Pre-Academy Development Lead

Brentford FC is seeking a Pre-Academy Manager to drive the early development pathway within our Academy. You will design and implement the pre-academy programme, align talent ID with recruitment, and ensure high-quality coaching and child-centered development across sessions.

You will lead scheduling, staff rotes, IDPs, safeguarding, and liaison with Head of Academy Recruitment and Head of Academy Football Development to deliver Brentford's long-term player development strategy.
