Location: Hermitage Medical Practice Hours: Flexible, 7 - 13 hours per week Salary: Dependent on qualifications & experience

We are a welcoming and patient-focused GP practice with approximately 7,800 registered patients. Our team is committed to delivering excellent care and continually developing our services to meet the needs of our community.

Our practice team includes:

• 3 skilled Health Care Assistants
• A management & Administrative team of 12
• A dedicated Mental Health Nurse
• A supportive Pharmacy Team

The Role

We are seeking a forward-thinking, hardworking, enthusiastic, and cheerful Practice Nurse or Treatment Room Nurse to join our team. You will play a key role in helping us meet our GMS contractual requirements and contribute to the ongoing development of the practice. Experience of working with Vision clinical system is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Chronic disease management (including asthma and diabetes) would be desirable.
• INR management
• Cervical cytology
• Family planning services
• Supporting patients with long-term conditions
