Practice Operations & HR Leader

Derwent Valley Medical Practice is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Practice Manager to support the Practice Business Manager in day-to-day operations for a busy GMS practice of 12,000 patients.

You will lead staff, improve services, and help deliver high-quality patient-centred care while coordinating IT systems and HR processes. Experience with SystmOne is advantageous, and the role requires independence in a fast-paced environment.
