Practice Nurse: Chronic Disease & Sexual Health (16-24h)

Springburn Health Centre in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join our friendly team on a permanent basis, 16-24 hours per week (negotiable).

The post supports a patient list of about 3000 and works alongside 1 GP Partner, an Advanced Nurse Practitioner and our healthcare team.

Experience in chronic disease management, cervical screening, sexual health and contraception is preferred; EMIS and Docman proficiency is desirable; SPPA Pension Scheme available.
