Permanent Practice Nurse - Birmingham

Dream Medical is working with a modern GP practice in Birmingham who is currently looking for a Full time Practice Nurse to start ASAP. The position is permanent and full time.

Up to £35,000 p/a (salary negotiable and dependent on experience).

Responsibilities & Duties

• Work as part of a team alongside GPs, nurses and healthcare assistants.
• Knowledge or experience of chronic disease management.
• Provide care for patients presenting with undifferentiated health problems.
• Child and adult immunisations.
• Cervical cytology.
• Diabetes, asthma and COPD monitoring.
• Family planning.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Keep up-to-date with quality outcomes framework (QOF) and enhanced services.
• Maintain up to date clinical updates, immunisations and vaccinations.
