Practice Nurse (Band 6) - Chronic Disease Clinic Lead

Pipeland Medical Practice in St Andrews is recruiting a Practice Nurse to join our established team. This permanent, 30-hour per week post sits at NHS Scotland Band 6, with a supportive multi-disciplinary culture and flexible working days to be negotiated.

The role covers chronic disease management and running clinics for COPD, Asthma, Diabetes, CHD, hypertension and INR; involves Family Planning and Cervical Cytology.
