We are looking for an experienced Practice Nurse to join a friendly GP surgery team in West Leeds on a long-term basis.

This role is ideal for someone looking for a stable position with flexibility around working days. The practice is offering 4 days per week, with a competitive hourly rate of £23-£27, depending on experience.

The role may include:

• Chronic disease management

• Immunisations and vaccinations

• Cervical screening

• Wound care and dressings

• Health checks and general treatment room duties

Requirements:

• Previous Practice Nurse experience

• NMC registration

• Confident working in a primary care setting

• Strong communication and patient care skills
