Practice Nurse

Job Description: Practice Nurse (4 Days per Week)

• Location: Driffeild
• Hours: 4 days per week
• Rate: £30 per hour
• Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Chronic Disease Management: Asthma, COPD, Diabetes, Hypertension, etc.
• Treatment Room Duties: Wound care, dressings, cervical smears, immunizations, and injections.
• System Use: Proficient in SystemOne for patient records and clinical tasks.
• Patient Education: Provide advice on disease prevention, health promotion, and lifestyle changes.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with GPs, other nurses, and healthcare staff to deliver high-quality care.

Requirements:

• NMC registration.
• Experience in chronic disease management and treatment room procedures.
• SystemOne experience preferred.
• Immediate availability for 4 days per week.
