The Role

We're looking for a Practice Manager to oversee the smooth running of both clinics. This is a hands-on role blending operations, communications, and patient care. You'll be the go-to person for both staff and patients, making sure everything runs efficiently while keeping service standards high.

What You'll Do

  • Clinic Operations: Oversee daily operations across both sites, scheduling, stock, suppliers, and facilities.
  • Team Support & Comms: Act as the main point of contact for staff, streamline internal communication, and support team management.
  • Patient Care; Handle phone/email enquiries, resolve concerns, escalate complex cases, and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Appointments & Feedback: Manage scheduling processes and follow up with patients to improve the client experience.
  • Clinic Representation: Attend occasional events and represent the clinic when needed.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years' experience in a clinic, healthcare, beauty, or hospitality management role.
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills, you know how to keep things moving.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven client-facing experience.
  • Clear, confident communicator (written and verbal).
  • Comfortable using email platforms, CRMs, and other communication tools.
  • Familiarity with healthcare/medical terminology is a bonus, but not essential.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and detail-focused.

Salary & Hours

  • Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 depending on experience.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week, shift-based (some evening shifts). Saturdays are part of the rota
