Practice Leader: Empower People, Mentor Teams

crooton in Worcester is seeking two Practice Leaders to join our Worcester team, working across WR3, WR4 and WR9. You will lead by example, mentoring Support Workers to deliver outstanding person-centred support.

The role blends hands-on care with leadership and administrative duties, ensuring safeguarding and positive outcomes for people with learning disabilities and brain injuries.
