Practice Lead, Change & Transformation Recruiting

DelTra is seeking a Senior Practice Lead to own and develop a change and transformation practice. This is a senior billing role with room to take on practice-level responsibility and, initially, focus on individual performance, building a strong desk, winning work and delivering revenue.

As the business grows, the role will extend to leadership, including hiring, mentoring and performance management, with evolving responsibilities across value delivery and client partnership.
