Practice Lead - Copilot, AI & Power Platform Delivery

Adapt 365 is seeking a Practice Lead to head up a new delivery engine around Copilot, AI and Power Platform for a major enterprise client in the UK. The role offers scope to shape delivery approaches from the ground up and to work with senior leadership.

You will own end-to-end delivery, manage revenue and utilisation, sit on the client steering committee, and build a team of AI consultants and architects. A hands-on background and leadership potential are essential.
