Practice Lead - Copilot AI & Power Platform

Adapt 365 in Sheffield is recruiting a Practice Lead to head a newly established delivery engine for a major enterprise client, built around Copilot, AI and Power Platform.

You will shape delivery, oversee scoping, governance and adoption, and lead a team of AI consultants and architects, reporting to senior leadership. This is a senior, high-visibility role with real scope to grow the practice as Copilot and AI capabilities expand.
