Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development & Growth: Develop and deliver business plans, identifying and converting new opportunities.
  • Practice Management: Support members in developing and growing their practices.
  • Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with solicitors, counsel and professional clients.
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee diary management, case allocation and workflow.
  • Fees & Financials: Lead fee negotiations, pricing and income growth.
  • Marketing & Profile: Deliver events and initiatives to strengthen Chambers' market profile.
