Practice Assistant Manager

A growing accountancy practice based in Bristol has a requirement for a Practice Assistant Manager to join as a result of growth, taking on combined technical delivery, managing delivery of services to wide ranging industry sole traders, partnerships and limited company OMBs & SME, alongside acting as key operational support to directors, managing teams, workflow and other operational support working closely with the Directors as key addition.

Description

Joining this firm as Practice Assistant Manager based in Bristol you will provide year end accounts, tax and wider general accountancy practice services to sole traders, partnerships and limited company OMBs, SMEs managing the full delivery and building client relationships. Alongside this you will manage workflow, review support and mentor the wider team and paly a role supporting directors in further growth of the firm through new business development, leading on client meetings and provided operational support. You will carve a career within this firm as key support to the firms partners carving an influential role and career within this leading firm. There is also a clear progression path on offer for those with interest and ambition for progression.

Profile

For this Practice Assistant Manager role the firm is keen to consider across a range of experience so you be ACA or ACCA qualified and you will have developed your experience within accountancy practice over the last five years or more, having developed to around the Assistant Manager, or Managerial levels. You will have an all-around accounts/tax career background gained within any of small, medium/larger independent or Top 50, Top Tier accountancy firm environments as an all-round accounts/tax etc 'general accountancy practice ' professional and you will be seeking a move with a career progression path on offer.

Job Offer
