Job Description

You will work closely with the Global PR & Event Manager to bring our brand to life across media and experiences. From press launches to manufacture visits, you will be involved in every detail that shapes our image and relationships. This role is integral in managing the brand's image and ensuring the success of events that showcase our products and values.

Key Responsibilities

Public Relations:

  • Assist in drafting press releases and coordinate translation process.
  • Liaise with media (interviews, shootings) and nurture relationships with journalists.
  • Support preparation of press presentations, launches, conferences, etc.
  • Guide and organize manufacture and museum tours for media. Manage all logistics: transfers, accommodations, restaurants, and personalised programmes.
  • Monitor media coverage using tools such as Launchmetrics and prepare regular reports.
  • Maintain and grow our press contact database.
  • Cultivate regular and personal contacts with press key contacts, implement new process, etc.

Event Coordination:

  • Support the planning and execution of brand international events, including product launches, exhibitions, watch fairs.
  • Support on defining guidelines for local event execution.
  • Manage event logistics such as venue bookings, vendor coordination and invitations.
  • Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align events with brand strategies.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Support coordination of budgets, timelines and other project documentation.
  • Process invoices and track expenses related to PR and events, in collaboration with Marketing department.
  • Handle shipping of materials and samples for events or media and ensure the follow-up.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing or a related field
  • Prior experience of 2-3 years in PR, events or marketing
  • Experience in the watchmaking, luxury or lifestyle industry is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in English and in French, German a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with PR monitoring tools e.g., Launchmetrics, DMR is an advantage
