Powertrain Sales Leader - OEM, EMEA & APAC

JCB Power Systems is seeking an OEM Powertrain Sales Manager for EAME & APAC to drive growth across key accounts and markets. You will manage distributor relationships, set KPIs, forecast, and develop new opportunities while representing the brand at events.

You will travel up to 30%, negotiate with senior stakeholders, and lead pricing and training initiatives, leveraging Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce. This role requires a strategic, customer centric mindset and strong commercial acumen.
