We're working in partnership with a progressive local authority to recruit a Power BI Developer. This pivotal role will work closely with key stakeholders across council service teams and wider business functions, providing advanced analysis and interpretation of council-wide systems. You will transform data from multiple sources into actionable insights that enable informed decision-making.
Your role as Power BI Developer:- Deliver business intelligence services and lead Power BI software development.
- Design and present Power BI reports that turn raw data into meaningful insights.
- Take a leading role in complex organisational redesign projects, driving cultural and structural change across the council.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to plan and execute intricate projects aimed at improving organisational processes.
- Ensure successful delivery of projects within budget, scope, and quality standards, including production of all related documentation.
- Strong background in business intelligence and data analysis, with expertise in Power BI.
- Proven ability to lead organisational change initiatives and manage complex projects.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
