Power Apps Developer Apprentice

Are you passionate about building digital solutions that make work easier for everyone? Just finished a course in Power Apps or still developing your skills and looking for your first real step into the tech world? This could be the perfect opportunity.

We're looking for an enthusiastic Power Apps Developer to join our team and help us modernise the way our business works. You'll rebuild our existing Power Apps, create brand new ones to support different departments, and make sure everything you build is clearly documented and easy to maintain.

This is an ideal role for someone early in their Power Platform journey who's eager to learn, grow, and make a real impact.

What You'll Be Doing

• Rebuilding and improving our current Power Apps to make them more efficient and user friendly.
• Designing and developing new Power Apps to support teams across the business.
• Working with stakeholders to understand their needs and turn them into practical solutions.
• Integrating apps with Power Automate, SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365 tools.
• Creating clear documentation for every app you build, including processes, data flows, and user guides.
• Supporting colleagues with training, troubleshooting, and general Power Apps best practice.

What We're Looking For

• Someone who has recently completed a Power Apps or Power Platform course, or is still learning and wants hands on experience.
• A basic understanding of Power Apps (Canvas or Model Driven), Power Automate, and Microsoft 365.
• Curiosity, problem solving skills, and the willingness to experiment and learn.
• Good communication skills and the confidence to work with people across the business.
• A proactive mindset - someone who enjoys improving processes and finding smarter ways of working.

Nice to Have (But Not Essential)

• Experience with SharePoint lists, or basic data modelling.
• Exposure to Power BI or other Microsoft tools.
• Any examples of apps you've built during training or personal projects.
