• Prepare surfaces for coating, including cleaning, masking, and sanding.
• Set up and operate powder coating equipment safely and efficiently.
• Apply powder coatings to metals and other materials to the required quality standards.
• Inspect finished products to ensure consistent colour, thickness, and finish.
• Maintain equipment, workstations, and a clean working environment.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in powder coating or a similar finishing role.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good understanding of health and safety practices.
