  • Apply these cells within organoid and multi-organoid chip platforms to test and refine candidate therapies.
  • Work closely with PhD students and postdoctoral researchers to deliver high-dimensional readouts including multi-parameter flow cytometry, single-cell and spatial transcriptomics, and quantitative imaging.
Qualifications
  • Completion of a PhD/DPhil in a relevant life science discipline with a strong publication record.
  • Broad experience in molecular and cellular biology, including standard techniques for nucleic acid and protein analysis.
  • Demonstrable hands on experience in mammalian cell culture and multi-parameter flow cytometry.
  • Experience with iPSC culture, organoid or other 3D model systems, organ on chip or microfluidic platforms, and single cell or spatial omics technologies is desirable.
  • A background in immunology-particularly haematopoietic, myeloid, or innate immune cell biology-as well as developmental biology, especially haematopoiesis and early lymphopoiesis, would be advantageous.
