Job Description

The Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew is seeking a Postdoctoral Research Associate to develop seed priming protocols and identify biomarkers of drought tolerance in UK native tree seeds. You will work in the Millennium Seed Bank facilities at Wakehurst, with wet-lab studies and potential home working in line with operations.

Applicants should have a PhD in plant science and a strong publication record. The post is fixed-term to 30 September 2027, with possible extension; interviews planned w/c 5
