Postdoc Scientist: Hypothalamus Connectome & Data Science

Francis Crick Institute in London is seeking a Postdoctoral Fellow to lead an ambitious project reconstructing the cell-type-specific connectome of the mouse hypothalamus. You will combine viral tracing, spatial transcriptomics and computational analysis to reveal how molecularly defined neuronal populations coordinate instinctive behaviours and physiological states.

Applicants should have a PhD in Neuroscience or near completion, strong Python and data-analysis skills, and a track record of
