Postdoc Research Fellow: Upcycled Food & Sensory Science

University College Dublin invites applications for a temporary Post-doctoral Research Fellow Level 1 in the UCD School of Agriculture & Food Science. The role will join the TRANSFORM project addressing food systems, sustainability, and bioeconomy innovation, funded by the EU Just Transition Fund.

The incumbent will coordinate and contribute to research on sensory, nutritional and techno-functional quality, including incorporation of upcycled ingredients into model food systems.
