Postdoc: MicroLED Electro-Optical Characterisation

Tyndall National Institute invites applications for a Postdoctoral Researcher to advance electro-optical characterisation of InGaN and InGaP with microLEDs, in collaboration with Meta. The role focuses on device interfaces, wafer-level analysis and the development of measurement capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a PhD in engineering, chemistry or physics, strong communication skills, and experience with III-V devices.
