Job Description

About the role

The Pareek Research Group is recruiting a Post-Doctoral researcher to support the 'Transforming the Health of Healthcare Workers through Behavioural Interventions and Engagement' (THRIVE) project, part of the UK-REACH portfolio.

THRIVE is funded by the NIHR to understand and improve the physical activity levels of healthcare workers across different roles and ethnic groups.

The post holder will conduct a rapid review of literature related to physical health interventions in healthcare workers and develop a network of NHS stakeholders.

UK-REACH is a broad research programme examining healthcare worker health, long-COVID, and workforce retention.

About you

We seek a researcher with a strong publication record experienced in rapid literature reviews and stakeholder engagement.

Vacancy terms

Full-time, part-time (minimum 0.6FTE, 22.5 hours/week), or job share considered. Fixed-term until 30 June 2026.
