Post-16 ALN Support & Transition Officer

Delta Wellbeing Ltd is looking for an Additional Learning Needs Support Officer to join their team in Wales. This permanent position focuses on developing support strategies for learners with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) at post-16, embedding a person-centred approach in education.

The successful candidate will have NVQ Level 4 or equivalent and experience working with ALN. You'll collaborate with education settings and agencies to ensure effective support and transition planning, while also promoting learner aspirations.
