Role Description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our UX team to support UX and CRO projects for our diverse clients. The ideal candidate is ambitious, organized, a team player, and eager to grow in User Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct UX audits and identify areas for website improvements
• Perform competitor analysis
• Set up, moderate, and analyze user testing sessions
• Analyze data to understand user needs and pain points
• Develop hypotheses for A/B testing and plan optimization strategies
• Present findings and recommendations clearly
• Collaborate with design, development, and other teams
• Contribute to UX research process improvements
• Stay updated on UX trends and best practices

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience in UX or related fields
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics and HotJar
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Curious mindset, questioning data and assumptions
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive attitude and passion for UX
