POS Production Manager - South East England - £40k pa depending on experience

Overview

We are looking for a standout candidate, motivated by success, to join a leading Point of Sale printer that manages, prints and installs visual communications for some of the biggest brands in the nation.

Responsibilities

An adept Production Manager will oversee the print production, delivery process and operations functions for all POS Production projects submitted to clients. By leveraging extensive knowledge of briefing, proofing, producing, finishing and installing outputs, you will ensure smooth workflow, manage clients' jobs on budget, on time and with the highest level of service and quality.

Act as the main point of contact between production and the client management team, demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills and establishing positive working relationships. Show a forward thinking attitude toward the company's progressive approach to all subordinates and fellow managers. Daily duties will involve both supervisory and hands on work. The role requires flexibility, hard work, dedication, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications

Strong experience with Point of Sale print and finishing equipment. People management skills are essential. Please only apply for this role if you have this experience.
