This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing Forex training organisation as a Portuguese Speaking Events Executive, where you'll play a vital commercial and customer-facing role. You'll be responsible for driving attendance to a busy programme of international events while building strong rapport with clients and promoting a range of event packages and upgrades.Key Responsibilities
- Engage with Portuguese-speaking clients to encourage event attendance and promote upcoming sessions.
- Build rapport and maintain regular contact with prospective and returning attendees.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional event packages, upgrades and services in a consultative, value-led style.
- Support the coordination and delivery of in-person and virtual events across international markets.
- Handle attendee enquiries, resolve issues promptly and provide exceptional service at every stage.
- Assist with event logistics, including registration, preparation, on-site support and follow-up.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations and training teams to ensure strong engagement and successful event outcomes.
- Fluent Portuguese with excellent English communication skills.
- Previous exposure to events, client engagement, telesales, customer service or hospitality.
- Confident building rapport, influencing attendance and promoting additional services.
- Comfortable working to targets in a supportive and professional environment.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Positive, proactive and energetic approach with a genuine interest in people and learning.
- Salary of £20,000-£25,000 plus a bonus structure linked to performance and event success.
