Portuguese-Speaking Delivery Liaison - Last-Mile

Amazon UK is seeking a Delivery Station Liaison Agent with Portuguese to support our last mile operations. You'll be based at one of our delivery warehouses, contacting customers and partners to ensure smooth redelivery and clear guidance.

You'll investigate issues, place outbound calls, keep records, and follow SOPs. Strong English and Portuguese skills are essential, along with collaborative problem solving and a customer centric mindset.
