Portfolio Transformation Director

Southern Water in Worthing is seeking a Head of Transformation - Portfolio to steer the organisation's enterprise-wide transformation and investment decisions at executive level. You will orchestrate an integrated portfolio across strategic initiatives, capital programmes and business change, partnering with the Chief Transformation Officer to deliver long-term value and robust governance.

You will influence Board-level discussions, balance competing priorities and realise benefits through
