Portfolio Property Manager - Lettings & Growth Lead

John Shepherd is seeking a Portfolio Property Relationship Manager to join the Colmore Row branch in Birmingham city centre. This full-time, permanent role offers an OTE of £28,000-£30,000 per annum and a standard Monday-Friday schedule from 08:45 to 17:30.

The role covers managing up to 250 properties, upselling lettings and property management services, and handling inspections and arrears processes to support client portfolios.
