Portfolio Manager, Emerging Market Macro

GIC is looking for an experienced Portfolio Manager to join their Emerging Market Macro team in London. In this role, you'll manage a discretionary portfolio focused on rates, FX, and sovereign credit in emerging markets. You'll leverage your expertise to identify investment opportunities and collaborate with a talented team to drive performance.

What You'll Do

• Manage a discretionary portfolio across rates, FX, and sovereign credit.
• Identify macro and micro-driven investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with strategists to create actionable trade ideas.
• Execute trades efficiently and manage risk effectively.
• Build a network with central banks and policymakers.

What You Need

• 10-15 years of experience managing macro portfolios.
• Strong track record in rates, FX, and sovereign credit.
• Deep understanding of CEEMEA economies and political risks.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to senior audiences.
• Experience mentoring junior investment professionals.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
