Porsche Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive you are key to our business growth; selling vehicles and associated products whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities will be to:
- Provide customers with a welcoming and individual experience
- Build customer loyalty and satisfaction ensuring all requirements are met
- Keep in touch with customers to provide updates on orders and arrange handover dates
- Carry out high quality and accurate appraisals on part-exchange vehicles
- Provide bespoke demonstrations on vehicle features and specification
- Maintain and manage customer relationships to ensure brand loyalty
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm, and Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm on a rota basis.
Skills & Experience:Applicants must have proven experience within automotive sales (ideally sports and prestige), be well presented and have exceptional communication skills, together with:
- Outstanding customer service skills
- An eye for detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Quality awareness
- Full UK driving licence
