Porsche Receptionist / Host

Porsche Centre Solihull is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Receptionist/Host to join our Welcome team. As a Sytner Host, you should share your passion for our brand every day and immerse customers in the world of Porsche.

You will welcome every customer through our doors, direct them to the correct department efficiently, and offer refreshments. You will also manage incoming calls and connect the appropriate dialler to the right department promptly. Our Receptionists/Hosts work a variety of full- and part-time flexible patterns, often including weekends, to ensure we provide the highest level of service.

You will be the first impression on the phone for our clients and guests, with a warm and cheerful voice and the ability to efficiently transfer the call. You will help proactively manage the showroom experience so that each customer and guest feels they have had uniquely personal service.

To provide the best service, you'll need to be a proactive communicator with management and dealership teams, innovative in creating experiences, and able to use your own initiative to delight customers. You will also need to collate customer knowledge and anticipate their needs, with excellent organisational and preparation skills and a genuine passion for detail.
