As a Restaurant Manager, you will lead the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring an outstanding customer experience, a high performing team, and exceptional food quality. You will be responsible for maintaining our company values and fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusion, freshness, fun and excellence.

What Will I Be Doing as a Restaurant Manager?

• Ensure outstanding service is delivered to drive customer satisfaction and repeat visits.
• Ensure fast, efficient prep, cook and service operations.
• Develop labour schedules within budget and review shift efficiency.
• Conduct key item stock checks to ensure accuracy.
• Track stock waste and optimise stock on hand value.
• Implement promotions and strategic sales initiatives.
• Drive higher spend per transaction through effective upselling.
• Recruit and onboard new team members.
• Maintain strong communication with the team and external partners.
