Poolside Kitchen Lead Chef de Partie + Growth & Perks

Center Parcs Sherwood Forest is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader / Chef de Partie for Canopy Café and Bar to deliver high quality dishes and ensure smooth kitchen operations. You will lead and mentor junior staff, monitor stock and costs, reduce waste and uphold standards.

The role is full time with shifts between 8:00am and 8:00pm, with a guaranteed 160 hours over a four week period, including evenings and weekends.
